The Opportunity
This isn't a talking-head role. You won't read slides to a Zoom grid. You'll co-design a learning experience, run live sessions where something real gets built, and teach eager professionals how to work in a way they've never worked before.
You're on stage for no more than 40% of the session. The other 60% is exercises, breakouts, and real-time coaching to ingrain the core concepts you teach. You'll work with a Producer and Co-Pilot who have your back on logistics, flow, and student engagement. You focus on teaching. They handle the rest.
What We're Looking For
You know Claude. Not "I've used it a few times" — you've built workflows, you have opinions about it, and you can explain how it works to someone who's never touched a terminal without losing them in the first sentence.
You have charisma, presence, and a demonstrated passion for teaching. You bring energy into a room (or a Zoom) and people lean in. You're the kind of person who makes learning feel alive — not because you perform, but because you love the material and it shows.
You have a work ethic to match. Dress rehearsal 48 hours out. Same-day debriefs. Real-time adaptation mid-session based on what the room needs. This is a craft, and you treat it like one.
And critically: you're fun. These participants are showing up to do something hard. Your job is to make them forget it's hard while they're doing it.
